Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio da se ispita prediktivni doprinos dimenzija ličnosti modela Velikih pet odgovornom organizacionom ponašanju zaposlenih, kao i da se testira moderatorska uloga nacionalne kulture u relacijama dimenzija ličnosti i odgovornog organizacionog ponašanja zaposlenih koristeći okvir nacionalne kulture Republike Srpske i Austrije. Na uzorku od 651 zaposlenog, od čega 332 zaposlena iz Republike Srpske i 319 zaposlenih iz Austrije, primjenjeni su Inventar Velikih pet i Upitnik odgovornog organizacionog ponašanja. Rezultati hijerarhijske regresione analize ukazuju na značajne pozitivne efekte prijatnosti, savjesnosti i otvorenosti na odgovorno organizaciono ponašanje zaposlenih, pri čemu savjesnost ostvaruje najveći jednistveni doprinos. Takođe, dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da nacionalna kultura predstavlja značajan moderator relacije savjesnosti i odgovornog organizacionog ponašanja, te ukazuje da je pozitivni efekat savjesnosti na odgovorno organizaciono ponašanje snažniji kod zaposlenih iz Austrije nego kod zaposlenih iz Republike Srpske. Konačno, dobijeni rezultati pokazuju i da nacionalna kultura ima značajan direktan efekat na odgovorno organizaciono ponašanje zaposlenih, te da su zaposleni iz Republike Srpske skloniji odgovornom organizacionom ponašanju od zaposlenih iz Austrije. Dobijeni rezultati imaju značajne praktične implikacije za selekcijske postupke u cilju unapređenja odgovornog organizacionog ponašanja.
